ZW3D – All-in-one, affordable CAD/CAM solution.
ZW3D takes engineers from concept to finished product in one easy- to-use, single collaborative environment. Supported by its Show-n-Tell™ built-in learning system, ZW3D includes data exchange to allow efficient reuse and sharing of designs, hybrid modeling with its powerful Overdrive™ kernel, mold and die design with cavity preparation tools and component libraries, and intelligent, adaptive CNC machining from 2-axis through to 5-axis.
Vericut – CNC Simulation, Verification and Optimisation.
Since 1988 CGTech’s product, VERICUT software, has become the industry standard for simulating CNC machining in order to detect errors, potential collisions, or areas of inefficiency. It is used by companies of all sizes, universities/trade schools, and government agencies in more than 55 countries. VERICUT enables you to eliminate the process of manually proving-out NC programs. It reduces scrap loss and rework. The program also optimises NC programs in order to both save time and produce higher quality surface finish. VERICUT simulates all types of CNC machine tools, including those from leading manufacturers such as Mazak, Makino, DMG / Mori Seiki, Okuma, etc. VERICUT runs standalone, but can also be integrated with all leading CAM systems.
We provide training and free technical support for all our solutions.

The Toolmaking Association of South Africa (TASA) was established in 2004 as a representative body for the South African Tool, Die and Mould (TDM) making industry. TASA is constituted as a national body with representation from all provinces who have significant tool, die and mould making activities. Representation is through TASA provincial structures.
TASA was a driving force in the mobilisation of the National Tooling Initiative (NTI) and will remain an important and strong stakeholder in the process of the full establishment of the NTI which has as a national objective the rehabilitation of the South African Tool, Die and Mould Making industry.
Any company who is involved in Tool, Die or Mould making, or supplies material to, or relies on this essential and core industry will benefit tremendously through participation in the TASA structures.
